Technology Leadership Services

Your own technology team, built inside your company and run to a standard.

What it is

We build an in-house, full-time technology team inside your company, and we stay to run it.

Technology Leadership Services has two parts that work together. A leadership layer of senior specialists designs the work and answers for delivery. An engineering team is recruited, trained and managed for you as your own in-house team.

Nothing is taken away to a vendor. The capability is built where it will be used, the standards are written down, and they belong to you.

Recruit · Train · Manage

  1. Recruit

    What happens
Engineers are recruited from talent pools in Malaysia, China and the Philippines, against the roles set out in the Solution Architect Stage. You approve every person before they join.
    What you receive
A full-time team that works only for you, with every seat filled against a defined capability.
  2. Train

    What happens
New engineers are trained on your technology stack, your industry and the delivery standard. Readiness is measured before anyone is counted as productive.
    What you receive
People who work the same way from their first week, and a written standard you can hand to the next hire.
  3. Manage

    What happens
The leadership layer runs the team day to day. Targets are agreed in the first week and the work is reviewed against them.
    What you receive
Delivery that is planned, reported and answered for, and continuity when people change.
